It's our pleasure to welcome Alex Stevenson to the Rocksalt Copy Creatives team. Alex has been working with us for the past month, and, as well as assisting with writing and editing, has also taken over the Weird Word Origin of the Week posts. With his academic background in history, literature and 19th Century science fiction, it's no wonder they're getting weirder every week!
Alex moved to London just three months ago from sunny Brisbane, Australia, and has settled in well to his new surroundings.
He has written across industries, from real estate to industrial cleaning supplies, and also contributes monthly book reviews to Aurealis - Australian Fantasy & Science Fiction magazine.
