Teamwork.

It’s the thing that gets great work done.

Why?

Because none of us is stronger than the sum of our abilities. More people, more abilities, more strength.

This is a theme we’ve been thinking about since the start of the New Year. It helps to take time to reflect on what we’ve done, where we’ve been and how we got there. Looking back over 2019, the standout fact of Rocksalt’s success is that simple word—teamwork.

So we’re going to talk about that theme over the next several months. About the relationships we’ve forged with great clients who team up with us to make a project come to life. Relationships like the team we’ve forged together with Amazon. We’ve already talked a bit about our contribution to Amazon’s Treasure Truck UK program. We’ll also bring in some great video productions we’ve had the pleasure of shepherding from idea to execution to end user.

We’ll talk about firms we partner with, combining forces to turn up the quality of our copy by adding their strengths to the mix. Partners like Matinee Multilingual, our go-to voice over talents who bring words on the page to life across the globe. And Seed Animation, a team of animators who translate client needs and copy direction into masterful moving images that have an impact.

“Great things in business are never done by one person; they're done by a team of people.” -Steve Jobs

And we’ll talk about our own team, the Rocksalt Copy Creatives. From social media to blogging to ad copy, it’s all writing, and it’s all possible because dedicated copywriters have joined us in delivering great copy every time. In Australia and Scotland and London and the South East, we’re brushing up on our expertise, talking to our colleagues in the industry, talking to each other, and constantly looking for that unique approach that’ll grab the attention of the right person at just the right moment.

As we get into the different kinds of teams that come together over content creation, we’ll also ask key questions about how they work, like, “How do you put the team together?”, “What’s the best way to communicate?”, and “How does a team work through disagreements?”.

What questions would you like to read about? Do you have any experiences you’d like to share? You never know—you might end up as a quote or interview in one of these blogs. Leave a comment and share a story. After all, we’re pretty into stories around here.

So if you’re interested, stick around and follow the discussion by signing up for our insights (it’s a newsletter with a fancy name. Copywriting!). Feel free to browse our previous work if you haven’t had a chance yet; you might find something you like. And lastly, if you’d like to talk about getting a team together with us, fire off an email to info@rocksaltcopycreatives.com and start the conversation.
